"We checked in to a double queen bed room, got unpacked and there was no hot water for a shower. They moved us to a king bed room (which was cheaper) without adjusting the cost. There was cold things for breakfast but you could get a hot breakfast with a voucher from the front desk, which we were not told when we checked in. We had coffee and a muffin and left unsatisfied. "
