"Lovely, cozy cabin. We really enjoyed our stay! Only hiccup we had, was that the driveway is pretty steep and we got stuck leaving one afternoon. Nothing anyone can do about that, except maybe a heads up in the description. (It was dark when we arrived ane we didn't realize how steep the driveway was until we were halfway down) After that, we parked at the top of the driveway and we had no issue! Beds were comfy, it had everything we needed. Hoping to come back in the summer so we can enjoy...

"We were not impressed.. Small room. A/C on the rear wall is 90⁰ to the king bed, that cool air blows on you in the bed! Only one kleenex box to bathroom. You can't blow your nose when in use. There 3 days, waste baskets were full in one day! No one came unrill we left. Fan in bath did not work! Had to hold down toilet flush handle to flush it all. They required $150 deposit in addition to a fully paid room. Staff was great. But no one showed up to empty waste baskets after I called, they said they would be right up. I gave an F to the cleaning staff."

"At check in they wanted to scan my DL without providing a written policy in case their system is hacked. They then asked for a $100 room deposit which was not mentioned in the booking. Despite seeing housekeeping staff, our room was not serviced. Wrappers were visible in the hallways. Breakfast was normal fare: scrambled eggs/potatoes/sausage. They had some bread and bagels. No waffles/pancakes/etc. Yogurt/hard boiled eggs were available."

"Extremely dirty in our hotel room. Pillow cases stained, washroom was very dirty, mold on shower curtain. Spoke with reception to remedy it 3 times . No change across a 6 night stay. Bed was made once in that time and pillows and sheets weren’t clean after change. Overall would not stay here. Recommend bringing cleaning materials if you end up staying here"

"We booked two nights here while attending a show at Chanhassen Dinner Theater and will not be returning. The hotel feels dated, smelled unpleasant, and was not clean. The luxury vinyl floors in our room were filthy. After wiping up a few drops of spilled milk with a napkin, the napkin came back completely black with dirt. Even walking around in slippers, the floor felt sticky. The toilet seat was extremely loose and shifted side to side when sitting down. The flush handle would also stick, causing the toilet to run continuously unless manually lifted back up. When I reported both issues, staff came to the room but dismissed my concerns and said nothing was wrong. We arrived about 75 minutes before check-in and were charged a $25 early arrival fee. Despite the cleanliness and maintenance issues, no room change or accommodation was offered. When I raised my concerns again the next morning, the response was unhelpful, and I was told I couldn’t receive a detailed receipt because I booked through Hotels.com. Breakfast was disappointing. The fruit selection was limited, and the sausage gravy appeared overcooked around the edges and watery. The beds were among the most uncomfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel. I woke up with sore hips and shoulders, and the pillows were lumpy. There was also a loud exhaust fan connected to a corner desk area that vibrated and disrupted the room whenever the light was turned on. For more than $350 for a two-night stay, I expected far better."
