"The stay was very comfortable, spacious and location was perfect, close to everything. My only recommendation will be that provide clearer instructions on the check-in and be more proactive on communication. The check-in instructions and self check-in process is a little bit confuse. Sometimes the door did not respond to the code and spend sometime trying to retrying the code. Kind of annoying when happens late in the night. Besides that everything was excellent. Will stay again."

7. Sercotel Ayala Bilbao
Sercotel Ayala BilbaoAbando, 2 km từ Ga Deusto
9.2 trên 10, Tuyệt vời, (624 nhận xét)
"Clean rooms, helpful staff. Shower door is only partially enclosing the shower area so water runs out onto floor. Can see prior repairs of the wood door frame to the bathroom entrance. Nice breakfast assortment to get the day started. Very close to Abando metro station.
Hotel cannot help the following, but others may want to know these:
Homeless cardboard camps outside the entrance and down the street. Dumpsters here smell horribly of urine. Bus stop (not sure which or to where) is right...
