"The room was clean as was the property inside. The staff was very helpful, and their cookies (available after 5pm) were also delicious. The parking cost is $18/night, which I think I unreasonable given the amount of parking generally available near them. So I dock them 1 star."

My husband was locked out of hotel because hotel staff locks the front door during certain times due to unsafe conditions. Had no idea. I had my kids with me. Never again"

"This property was not at an acceptable standard for Holiday Inn Express. I also had issues with the tub not draining, called it in twice and it was never fixed. Staff was less than helpful and rude when I checked out."

"This hotel provides a 5 star experience at half the price! Front desk staff were warm and welcoming with every interaction--happy to help both guests and each other with smiles. Very refreshing. Staff kept the communal areas immaculate, and the housekeeping staff were cheerful, helpful, and thorough with servicing the rooms. Breakfast was much better than your typical hotel fare. Location is great--easy access to the interstate and great restaurants and shops, and the pool and workout rooms...

"Costumer Service was amazing, extremely helpful, only good thing about this place!! The pool was not the cleanest, and the jacuzzi was very very Dirty. The worst part was the bed sheets, they had blood stains. To top it off I walked with socks on and the carpet was filthy. Its fair to say this was our first and last time in this hotel."

"I checked in on Saturday, March 28th, 2026, for a three-night stay in three rooms. I immediately checked out because the experience was nothing like the pictures. The rooms had an overwhelming musty and cigarette smell, and there were spiders present. The hotel bathroom tiles were covered in mildew, which was very unpleasant. Overall, it was a terrible stay, and I do not recommend this place."
