Déplacement professionnel à l'aéroport de Dakar
Séjour professionnel de 2 nuits. Hôtel très confortable et très bien équipé. Personnel très professionnel et sympathique. Malheureusement, l'hôtel n'est pas entretenu comme il devrait l'être pour un 5 étoiles. Enfin, situé dans un quartier en développement qui n'offre pas beaucoup de possibilités d'activité pour le moment.

Nous payons tous et acceptons les conditions de logement de l'établissement, alors (blancs ou noirs), nous devrions avoir le même traitement. Je suis contre le favoritisme et la discrimination surtout quand, nous sommes soumis tous aux mêmes conditions. Veuillez à ce que vos équipes, ne fassent plus ressentir cela à aucun client et que chacun soi absolument traité particulièrement. J'ai bien aimé le cadre et mon sejourn, mais ce traitement désagréable me reste comme souvenir...

Good Hotel, Service Lacks & Not Worth The Tariff
15.05.2022 - They did not send airport pick up shuttle inspite of a clear request sent on Hotels.Com. They claimed that they did not receive any such request. They did respond to my calls from the airport and sent across the pick up, which resulted in us waiting for more than an hour outside the airport! For a double occupancy room, they had provided only one towel in the room and we had to call for another one in the morning. Other than these two points, it was a wonderful stay though I think, given the middle of nowhere location, I would not like to pay so much in future. It is too expensive for the value it provides.

Leaky roof, when I noticed and called... I was told that someone will come check it out. Nobody came. I had to go to the front desk around noon, when it was time to check out. They offered me a late checkout or change of room exactly when I don’t need it. They offered coffee to make up for the leaky roof. The leak was very close to the bathroom but they insisted it’s water from the cooling system.

The Radisson Diamniadio is a quality hotel with charming, helpful staff. My room was large, comfortable and well equipped. The shuttle service to and from the airport was also appreciated.

Une bonne adresse
Hôtel tout neuf ! Navette gratuite à 20/45 minutes de l'aéroport. Pas d'eau à notre arrivée (pas forcément exceptionnel dans la région de Dakar de mon expérience), mais problème rapidement résolu dans la soirée. Grande gentillesse de tout le personnel. Quelques petits problèmes d’organisation cependant : - Le check in a pris des heures avec juste 2 employés disponibles à l'arrivée des passagers du vol Air France - Je n'ai pas apprécié de me faire réveiller pour la navette pour l'aéroport de 6h alors que demandé pour midi ! Excellent petit déjeuner. Une bonne adresse pour être à proximité de l'aéroport, mais pas pour un séjour dans Dakar (reste éloigné du centre, encore plus avec les embouteillages)

Ce commentaire est plus un avis pour amelioration de service . J'ai fait un check in a 1 heure du Matin ... en ayant reserve et paye sur hotels.com . J'ai passe une commande de nourriture presqu'immediatement .. on me l'a livre avec un recu aux frais de la Chambre . Quelques temps apres, on vient toquer a ma porte ( apres que je me sois endormi evidemment) pour me demander de payer avec du cash etant donne que la chambre est prepayee ... j'etais abasourdi par ce manque de professionalisme dans un tel hotel .. etant donne qu'ils avaient deja ma carte de credit en plus d'une copie du passeport qu'ils ont bien voulu prendre a mon arrivee .. .Aucune raison de reveiller un client au milieu de la nuit pour cela; surtout que j'y etais juste pour qques heures !!! Je me suis carrement emporte mais ayant constate que j'avais en face des stagiaires .. j'ai laisse faire et j'ai immediatement paye . cela a ete rvraiment non professionnel et j'espere qu'un autre client ne puisse plus subir un tel sort .
