Our room’s floor was so filthy there were thick piles of crumbs, lint, and even someone’s tee shirt left behind from previous users. Staff was overwhelmed by a kiddie sports team that took over and made messes throughout common areas. Only after they left could anyone else enjoy the fun pool area ...
