"My stay was ok"

"It was a decent hotel"

"When we arrived our tv was not working. Housekeeping ignored our room. Had to request trash removal and towels. We were there 5 days and housekeeping never came until the evening before we left and then it was only because I requested it. Breakfast is nice."

"First room offered had powerful odours (pets?) and not acceptable. Alternative room was fine although all odd numbered rooms suffer road noise in morning rushour. Breakfast very nice for level of hotel."

"It was proximate distance to the Holy Cross Hospital, where we had to arrive by 5:45am. Much easier than driving that morning from DC, leaving home by 4am. Convenience factor a huge plus. Just wish the breakfast access had been open a little earlier as by 6 am we had to be at the hospital. But I did at least get a cup of coffee."

"The room was clean but could use some remodeling. My room didn’t have a microwave (I guess you have to request a room with one), but I could use the breakfast area microwave. The bed was comfortable but squeaky. One front desk employee was particularly helpful and friendly. Overall my stay went well."

"The interior of the building was clean and the staff was friendly. I appreciated that coffee was always available in the lobby. The exterior needs maintenance (weeds in gardens, building damage, dirty windows, just overall uncared for) The “heated” pool was as cold as a mountain spring. The breakfast that was provided was acceptable, but did not include fresh fruit as shown in the online photos. As a celiac, I looked for fresh fruit and yogurt in containers so that I could eat. He had a coughing fit due to something with the pillow, and needed to go down to the front desk to ask for a change, he did not get the warmest reception for this request. Also, he said there was a lot of road noise, due partly to the fact that the window did not close all the way. He tried to speak to a manager but was told they were unavailable. Overall though he was happy with the location. Booking through Expedia saved us a ton a money- the rate here was...

"We only had house cleaning service once in 4 days. Sheets are old and worn. No outdoor furniture or area to sit. Trash piled up in hallway and litter in elevator. We will never stay there again."
