"The staff clearly did not want to be there. They were extremely unfriendly and couldn’t even manage a smile. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced.
I strongly recommend providing customer service training for your staff. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect.
I don’t know whether the issue is poor working conditions, inadequate training, or something else, but the atmosphere was unwelcoming.

"It was a funky, charming space at the edge of historic Philadelphia. They had lovely complementary wine and appetizers each evening and a nice breakfast, all included in the price. Location was perfect."
