"We went to check after a long day. We always stay at this hotel normally for Flyers practice. Everyone knows us here and are always friendly. This one particular guy..we have had him twice now had no clue what he was doing. We got to the hotel late because i had same day surgery in Camden and decided to stay over. He couldnt find our reservation i have no idea why. We do it the same every time. I showed him my confirmation he still was confused. I was waiting patiently all groggy from surgery....

"Room was clean. Only issue was parking and it was not anyone's fault is was a weekend where travel teams were in the area. No biggie. Front desk staff was amazing the AGM was nice and assisting everyone. Housekeeping was nice we had a issue with the tv and she was there in 1 min literally. fixed it and showed us how in case it happened again. I would stay again this time hopefully we can use the pool. breakfast smelled so good we didn't stop we were on the way home to the kid. 10/10 "

"Great check in and check out at this hotel. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome. This location is ideal for us as we were visiting family nearby. Nice to stay at a hotel in a residential neighborhood. The hotel is super clean, room is spacious, staff is terrific, restaurant and the food there is great. Lots of parking. "
