"The room was overall clean and the bed was very comfy. Yet, the wallpaper in the bathroom was noticeable peeling off. I was really annoyed that I visited the pool twice in the morning and the early afternoon and they never had any towels. Guests left garage behind and no one from the staff seem to attend to it or guests. I had expected a lot more from this hotel."

"The staff clearly did not want to be there. They were extremely unfriendly and couldn’t even manage a smile. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced.
I strongly recommend providing customer service training for your staff. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect.

"Very conveniently located. Just a few blocks from the metro station and the city center.
The room was quite comfortable and clean with lots of space and a loveseat. Always nice to have other furniture than the bed and desk chair.
The bed was comfortable, but squeaked a bit. The bathroom wasn't awkwardly spaced which seems to be the norm when traveling these days.
Breakfast was overcrowded. There wasn't enough seating. They also ran out of the hot breakfast by 8:30a which i feel like...
