"The rooms were clean but there were visible water damage on the ceilings. There was a fire alarm with an automated voice informing guests to remain in their rooms until further instructions were given. The hotel ataff also got on the PA system tp apologize for the inconvenience and to inform gueats rhat it was a false alarm. That was greatly appreciated. Also, the room doors would not close on their own so we had to pull/push it closed to ensure it was sealed. However, the staff was exceptional...

"My room was so spacious and the bed was nice and cozy. The staff were also quite lovely. They did their best to get me my room early but they were busy.. everyone was super nice. The hotel was clean. It was also very nice inside and as described. I enjoyed that is a restaurant downstairs in the hotel. Plenty of things to do around here. Super close to the SEPTA line and easy to get in on the train from the airport. The gentleman working in the front area helping with things around the hotel...

"If you pay attention to the hotel room, some areas are kind of dirty and somehow the refrigerator inside my room does not work. However, the staff were really nice, they actually let me check in the hotel very early when they have the room available. The location is great. The gym was OK. They do have a laundry for you to use however, you have to buy the laundry detergent yourself."

Your employee behind the bar was working the restaurant and the bar by herself. nobody behind the bar took 5 to 10 minutes to get a drink.
I ordered the drink. Left $20 on the bar $8 for the drink. I finished my drink and waited another 5 to 10 minutes to get another drink
Bartender took the 12 remaining dollars and put it by her register thinking it was a tip
I said I’d like another drink she gave it to me, but kept the money.
I would’ve tipped her that...
