"The room was fine and the staff were great. But the hotel shuttle was a rip off. Refused to drive us to the terminal doors. Instead dropped us off outside of the ticket gate, so he could save money I guess. We had to walk several hundred yards with all of our luggage. Better to use Uber or Bolt or take a taxi. "

"The big problem was the non-availability of shuttle from Terminal 1 which was the No. 1 reason I booked this hotel. I almost took the wrong Holiday Inn express shuttle before the kindly driver told me that my Holiday Inn no longer had ANY shuttle, not even a paid one. I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel for 8 Euroesd the next day a taxi to Terminal 2 cost $15 Euro for a 2 min trip.
