"This property was a great stay!!! Highly recommend!!! Clean and updated and very helpful staff…. from the lovely and very friendly and helpful check in desk lady Emelda who was very speedy …to the very helpful happy friendly door/parking greeter Ariel who knew soo much like the best breakfast places and where to catch the trolley etc! Thank you! You all made our Anniversary trip sooo pleasant to San Fran!!! And this place is a close walk to the wharf and Trader Joes!! Soo fun!!"

The motel looks like it was recently renovated because everything feels fresh and brand new! On top of that, the location is absolutely perfect. Overall, it was a great experience. "Parking was easy and appreciated (especially in this part of San Fran!). AC worked great. It’s such a cutie little motel in a perfect district. On a flat part of town with lots of great food choices near by. Also the walkability of this location is amazing!"

"The hotel is a little dated, but not unreasonably so. It's pretty historic, so that's to be expected. Also, there is no A/C, but you don't need it because of the climate. The staff was very helpful, professional, and polite."

"Well located in China town within walking distance to nearby public transit and with free parking if you brought a car. A bit dated, but well maintained and clean. They were very helpful storing our luggage since our room wasn’t ready early. Beds are comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. This is my second stay and am likely to be back."
