"The Staff were brillian and customer service excellent. Had dinner at the 33 rd floor restaurant and the head chef ( a Korean) was amazing with his knowledge and uderstanding of his office. And for the guys at the conceige, amazing. What can I say of the maids and those at reception. Will definately come back"

"This is a beautifully decorated hotel with stunning spacious rooms and bathrooms which are very luxurious. The beds are super comfortable and provide a fantastic nights sleep. The hotel is very close to a large mall so there are plenty of dining options but other places are also not very far away with a taxi. The beach and pool area is very nice However the service was a let down. We stayed over the Easter holidays and the hotel was clearly at full capacity but the staff could not cope....

"I had a wonderful stay at The OQ in Lusail. The hotel is brand new, and it truly reflects that with its elegant decoration and high-quality furniture. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the hotel had a pleasant, refreshing scent throughout. The staff were friendly and cooperative, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The coffee machine in the room was not functioning, and even after the hotel replaced it, it still didn’t work properly....
