"Love it! Best place to stay"

"Beautiful rooms and view! Very helpful and friendly staff. We loved our stay here. Would absolutely stay again!"

"Staff was very warm and welcoming. Onsen was beautiful. Great location, close to bike rentals, restaurants and the lift ! Can’t wait to go back !"

"We stayed for 1 night. The hotel rooms was large and spacious; however dated. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant which was also delicious."

"Everything was great, bicycle rental, bus station taxi, breakfast, etc."

"Great service, really nice room. Strong amenities."

"All the staff were really nice and friendly, but especially the young lady serving us our dinner, as well as, the gentleman (who learnt his English in NZ:)) at at the reception. Lovely views over the lake. We have also enjoyed the dinner served in our room. I would only say that the hotel is quite dated and has musty smell throughout. Still was great to experience traditional Japanese hospitality."

"Great experience!"
