"Hotel was about what you might expect at this price range, building was a bit run down. We only stayed one night and it was fine. Owner (at least I believe he was the owner) was very nice and accommodating. Hotels.com stated that breakfast ended at 9:30 but it ends at 9. He let me into the breakfast room to grab coffee and cereal. After we checked out, we thought we had left a bag in the room. "Bring right in the barn with two horses made a unique experience. Super clean. Beds were comfortable. There is a lovely patio to sit and overlook the pastures. There is no railing on the top bunk if you have any concern about that you may want to plan ahead. "
