"The hotel itself was beautiful, great location, views, the funicular down to the old town was just across the street. But I have to say the service disappointed us several times, and we are not very picky travelers. We had asked for the hotel to organize transportation from airport to hotel. They sent prices, we confirmed which one we want. They never confirmed it and there was no transportation organized. We ended up using Bolt, which worked well and was cheaper. Make sure you visit sky restaurant on 24 floor with beautiful outdoor terrace- the best time at night for the city view. I stayed at this hotel 42 years ago, now, and I will come back again for sure. I love Hilton Baku hotel !"
