"We stayed at the Reef with a 10 and 13 year old boy. We loved having the full kitchen! The Reef was a bit of a walk to all the water slides and fun activities but it was a beautiful walk and it felt less crowded and more relaxing! The Reef beach was clam and the water was less choppy for my kids. The beach chairs were always available being that that are reserved for the Reef and Cove hotel guests only. "The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc.
The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking.
We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked...
