"We zijn met de auto gekomen. Tijdens het uitchecken kregen we te horen dat we parkeerkosten van €15 per dag moesten betalen. Ik vind dit erg raar voor een hotel die beschikt over parkeerplekken. Ook vind ik het raar dat het niet tijdens het inchecken is vermeld. Uiteindelijk hoefden we het niet te betalen, omdat het niet goed was gecommuniceerd. Wel, heel vervelend om hierover een discussie te voeren bij de receptie. Als je geen auto hebt, adviseer ik dit hotel niet als je bezienswaardigheden...

"Room was clean, only stayed one night. Front desk staff was dismissive and lacked empathy on our unique situation of extremely delayed flight resulting in a delayed check-in. Traveling as a family with small children, no assistance with helping us problem solve even after explaining the chaotic adventure we experienced to get to the hotel for check-in after hours. Another staff member overheard and was able to assist after all and of course once I attempted to cancel my reservation and retrieve...
