"Excellent location and friendly staff. We got off at the wrong side of the train station and ended up walking 25 min. insteaf of 5 min. to the Hotel. it would be nice for the hotel to include a walking direction from train station to Hotel."

"Great Location. We used it as a central spot to take trains to the scenic sites. Did a few day trips. Spent one day exploring Bern. Easy accessible, bus, tram, train and lots of food options around. Breakfast staff and front desk staff were excellent. "

"My family and I stayed here for a few nights and we really loved it! It is more of a remote location so plan to walk to certain stations for transportation (~15 min) but they have everything necessary nearby (gas station, bistro/deli, small resturant, fast food, etc.) The room was small but cozy and comfortable and the staff were kind and helpful! "My wife and I loved staying at the Bellevue Palace. The staff went above and beyond with their kind hospitality. The hotel is within walking distance of all of downtown. The style of the room/bathroom was superb. Very clean. Beds/linens/pillows were all really comfortable. Valet parking was wonderful. Definitely a 5 star stay at this beautiful hotel. Highly recommend to others. "

"Great hotel while visiting Bern. Easy to hop on the bus (free with a pass from the hotel) and head to old town to walk around. The breakfast was excellent, many options. We used the hotel parking which was convenient."
