"It was an ok stay. Lots of food options in services next door and great location from the theme parks. Requested a room clean and the cleaner would knock to do this at around 9am even when do not disturb was on door. I think should have waited til we left the room. Breakfast was not great, we like to go in the last half hour as my daughter likes quiet but then not much left. Had to ask for pastries and one day we were locked in the restaurant room as they said they close at 10am but breakfast...

"We paid full price for a king room but on arrival room was just so small and dingy with just 12 inches clearance around the side of the bed, with a tiny little velux window in the roof. The bathroom was about 2m x 1m with a small shower which was filthy. If you get allocated Room 55 at reception then ask to change as there is no way 2 adults can comfortably fit in that room. "It's not the first time I've stayed at Frimley Hall, and it certainly won't be the last. As always, I received a lovely warm welcome when checking in. Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated. Another great stay from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team—I look forward to returning again soon!"

"There were build works outside by terrace overlooking lake with cement mixer and angle grinder cutting stone most of the day the Saturday I was there . Not the best idea with patrons sitting there by temporary plastic tape eating and drinking . Perhaps a fencing of sorts to obscure the works ?"

"Brilliant fridge like AC!!! Reception area v modern and clean. Room good size, modern, clean. very nice Excellent breakfast with exceptional staff both days. Big car park though only 2 x EV chargers, one VERY slow 1st night and didnt work at all 2nd night, so dont reply on these!! "
