"Didn't stay in the room. Bugs were coming out from under things and even got in our food! Smoke detector was disassembled and beds had mold on them. When we packed up and left we went to the front desk to explain and show videos. They acknowledged they have been experiencing big problems and agreed to refund our stay ( less than 2 hours). When Expedia reached out to get approval for the refund they refused to answer the phone!! I paid 80 bucks for nothing and ended up staying elsewhere for...
