"The hotel is better than expected. The staff was all so friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every day. The rooms were we stayed with queen beds at the Mission building were all recently redone and were very nice , with great air, microwave, frig, coffee pot, bed, and fixtures. The lobby was very nice with an ice machine, TV, snacks, setting, pool, and desert essentials and great maps."

"I’m sorry but this place IS NOT suitable or safe for anyone to stay at. I’ve stayed at some sketchy hotels before BUT they weren’t as filthy as this place. We had roaches under our small fridge and there were also tiny ones that were dead inside. There were random holes in the walls. The toilet and shower were disgusting. The microwave had handprints and old food stuck on it. The sheets and bed had STAINS. Btw. WHEN WE CHECKED IN, THERES A SIGN THAT SAYS “you have 15 to get a refund”. 15...

"I'll be honest Willow House is part of why I committed to this trip. I saw it online and thought, this alone is worth going. And I say that as someone who has been burned by listings that oversell and underdeliver. Willow House is the opposite. The photos do not do it justice. The decor, the style, the way everything fits the landscape. It's minimal desert architecture done exactly right. Not only was the design thought out and intentional, but they clearly thought through the entire experience...

"They didn't have much to choose from some cereal, and I think some muffins, and that's it. What they was all gone when I got in there"

"We were not notified the facility was under renovations. Construction dust, trash and workers everywhere. Boxes and parts stacked. No place to check-in, just a box with a doorbell. Parking lot was mostly full of metal parts containers. It was a staging area for the construction. Nothing but dust, paper taped to the floor, boxes stacked. Holiday Inn no more. A simple notification. We were there for a funeral. "
