"Paula at the front desk was awesome! Friendly and helpful. Thanks so much Paula! There are a few restaurants in a walkable distance to the hotel. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and an appreciated amenity. Our room was super clean and we had a great view of the mountains. "My partner and our dogs were in search of a cozy spot to rest before heading to visit our parents in Tri-Cities, and we found the perfect place! "Our room was very pleasant the bed s very comfortable. Pillows I like what she's rare. I thought they were lacking in the smaller type of amenities like normally when we stay at Hampton they always give us complimentary Waters pretty sure I'm a Hilton's reward member but I didn't see any offers like that. Our sink was running really slow in the bathroom. Which I meant to tell it the front desk and I forgot. But everything was great. When you walked in and had a nice clean refreshing smell"

"It is a nice place to stay for convenience. Easy to get to and within driving distance of many places in Bristol. The area it is in may be a little run down but I felt safe. "

"This beautiful historic home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. This location is convenient to the charming downtown district as well as a short drive to the Bristol race tracks. There are several wonderful restaurants to choose from that are very close to this location. "

"Very nice old house with all the upgrades. Mix of old and new. Also it was located conveniently and in a quiet neighborhood! The older I get, the more I appreciate quiet and it was very nice! We loved it!! Would definitely stay again! ❤️"
