"Gesamt war es schön, wir waren viel unterwegs und haben außer schlafen und duschen nichts weiter im Hotel genutzt, super zentral zur Innenstadt- 10 Minuten Fußweg, leider gibt es keine freien Parkmöglichkeiten, nur kostenpflichtig, was aber schwierig war, da man nur über App buchen konnte mit Bulgarischer Telefonnummer, wir haben um die Ecke ein Parkplatz gefunden wo man Bar zahlen konnte. Sonn- und Feiertag sind die Parkplätze mit blauer Zone frei- wir hatten Glück da in Bulgarien gerade...

"The week before we had a wonderful room on the top floor, but one week later, we had a room on the sixth floor that had 2 lights out in the bathroom, the ceiling above the shower needed painting, and the room felt dirty. It was still satisfactory because the bed was comfortable. We really liked Georgi in the restaurant in the evening. He was wonderful and we liked the friendly waitress in the morning at breakfast. The food was also good."

"Excellent customer service, clean and comfortable. The hotel offers free shuttle to and from the airport which was extremely convenient. Highly recommend. "

"Over all the stay was good. But the details wasn't at five star level. We had roomservice and there was no cutlery. In the spa we did receive ropes after asking (even though we stayed in a suite). We asked the front desk to call a taxi, but he replied after a phone call that the taxi company didn't answer but recommended us to take the subway because it't cheaper. How ever very friendly staff in the restaurant, especially at breakfast service. And very good spa therapists. "
