The location was brilliant, right in the city centre. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby as well as the main town centre. Everything is as walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

Not only he helped me with anything I needed to know about Sofia (transportation, restaurants, places to see, etc.) but he helped me with some issues that arised about the reservation in the most efficient way and making sure the problem had been solved. The management of the hotel should know he has an outstanding customer...
