"After spending one night at a "horror hotel" upon arrival, we were able to book our group into the Best Western Plus Olives City Hotel. This was the right move - we were three adults and two kids, and the "two-room apartment" they had on the 7th floor was perfect, and an added bonus of a hotel parking and an indoor pool made our lives easier for the duration of the stay. Breakfast was good too! Recommend!"

"The staff at this hotel was just excellent. From the two women who ran the breakfast in the morning to the people at reception. They were helpful, polite, prompt, friendly. The location is excellent, too - right by the central bus and train stations with lots of bus, tramway and metro connections available. "The hotel is very overpriced. It is outdated and hotel staff were aloof. Mediocre overall. The gym was very dirty and had little to no equipment. The floors were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. No mats, towels and in a dungeon. The breakfast was mediocre. Would like to see healthier options and plant based options would be appreciated like in most other hotels. Would not be back."

"Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view...

"The bamboo lounge at the bottom of the hotel played the loudest music with every beat of the bass resounding through the floors and walls of the hotel.
