I went during rain season and suggest you do to. I planned outing before or after. 5 minutes after rain you wouldn't know it. "We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were all very friendly especially the pool and restaurant/ staff. The hotel is gorgous and always smelt amazing and was spotlessly clean. We loved the finish of the hotel and the artwork on display. The pool is fantastic and what a view? We spent all our free time there. We had some khmer friends to visit and they enjoyed a coffee at the bar and the view too? But also the turtles and fish in the pool outside the front door. We totally recommend this...

"The staffs were very friendly. We booked a tour to see sunrise and had to leave at 4:30am, I mentioned to the front desk and they prepared a big bucket of breakfast for us to take to the bus. Hotel is clean and quiet. "
