Cristina, the manager of the hotel told us she did not receive our Expedia reservation and that they no longer worked with Expedia. It was 21h, we found ourselves without accommodation, and instead of being sorry and finding a solution, she did not care, was rude and told us to call Expedia. When she finally proposed us a room in another hotel, she made us pay to her directly and gave us the room keys. It turned out it was...
