"We stayed here at the beginning and end of a month long trip. Two days initially just to get over jet lag, and then 4 at the end where we planned to explore Sydney. The initial stay the staff let us check in very early which was incredibly appreciated. They were super helpful that whole visit any time we needed as well. The neighborhood it's located in is nice. "Cleaner walked into my room early in the morning. no knocking, no call out. I was completely naked. Manager didn’t want to know. Made a formal complaint. Not even an offer of a refund. Won’t stay"

"Extremely comfortable and clean room. Surprisingly quiet given that the rooms are above a hotel and in close proximity to a main road and a railway line. On site parking is also a positive. Easy to get to the city centre via train. Would definitely stay here again."

"Hair-dryer nozzle did not fit the hair-dryer. Disappointed to find no shower caps etc in room nor complimentary bottled water. Was told at the desk when checking out I was required to contact reception to ask for shower cap ???? and no they don't provide complimentary water. I've stayed in 4 different hotels over past 2 months and complimentary water was standard in a each one."
