"Unfortunately they are Definitely still working out the kinks of a new hotel -
Location is fabulous, rooms are new clean and beautiful and the staff was kind.
The Censes restaurant left lots to be desired and the logistical mishaps of the front desk charging and lost and found procedure was a bit exhausting….
Hope to try it again one day but maybe after they worked all the kinks out. "

"We stayed here on our last night in CR just to be close to the airport. We had 2 sets of grandparents with us and they moved us all to the same floor and one connecting room to ours so the kids could have a “suite”. It was clean and had a great view of the mountains. We drove earlier that day from Manuel Antonio so we just stayed in the hotel and enjoyed the games they had which was entertaining.
