"Our needs were very well met. The pool activities were great fun. i enjoyed the Salsa and Merengue dance class with Ashley and Gustavo and the pool water aerobics classes were great fun. Lulu and others were great instructors. I am on some medicine that needs refrigeration, and the staff brought me a medical refrigerator so I could get my medicine during the stay. "NO ONE should book this property. We paid $2,600 for a week and ended up leaving on day one. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and have never once walked out until this place. I don’t even know where to begin. Before you even get to the hotel, enjoy climbing up the disaster of a dirt road. It’s extremely steep and full of holes that will most definitely scrape the bottom of your car. I was really concerned for my rental. Driving up and down this road, especially at night, was a nightmare....

"Loved this hotel! We ended up staying in one room for 3 people which was a bit small but for a few days it worked well. Cleaning was great and every issue we had with low water pressure, for example, was fixed in seconds. Staff is great and very welcoming. Great location, close to all good restaurants and the beach. The drive from Liberia airport was a long one, but totally worth it to drive into the little village of Montezuma and into the jungle paradise of Ylang Ylang. Our room was right on the ocean. "If you’re looking for a safe place to stay, this place is it. Very safe: enclosed parking, entire property is enclosed, guests wear wristbands to be identified, and you don’t have to leave for food, drink, or pool. The cleanliness was average. The people were very nice and helpful. "

"First, the staff were very nice. That's why you got 1 star. The room was not good at all. One bedroom had no working light. There were no bath towels for the bedroom. The cord to operate the blind in BR#2 was broken so the blind wouldn't open. There were no filters for the coffee maker nor were there any paper towels even for the kitchen. The pool was filthy.
