"Water didn’t work one morning for 1/2 hr. Staff didn’t know why. We wanted to leave early but couldn’t as no one was able to use the bathroom . We had 2 rooms and neither had water. The night before, water was dribbling out of the shower. We thought maybe multiple people showering in the other units. We stayed 3 nights and the first 2 nights were fine. Bed was very comfort. AC worked well."

"My room smells bad, urine odor. The air conditioner wasn't working well. No hand soap at the sink. The shower room did not have enough lighting so we can't not see the sticky dirt, and the shower head was full of lime. The Wi-Fi was inexistent, sometime we have it and most of the time none. One family let their door opened and had baby crying at early evening and I had to complaint to the front desk for them to close their door. Very unpleasant stay in this hotel."
