"Attractive grounds, convenient location. Room was big & bed was comfortable, but TV was very small. Bathroom was standard. Whole place needs maintenance. Gym was poor: elliptical machine made grinding noise. There was one bike, a treadmill & and one elliptical. The gym needs maintenance & updating .A few weights & a weight bench, Small room. Breakfast was just ok, omelet looked like packaged one, Velveeta type cheese in it."

"Very clean and quiet location. Comfortable and updated room. Would recommend"

"There was no cleaning of the room - said ever since Covid they don’t"

"The property looks like it's getting set up to be a great property to stay at, but still a lot of TLC needed in the rooms and community area. Our room was without any hand soap in the bathroom, no wash clothes only bath towels. There was very limited parking when we arrived (we were a bit later in the evening 10 o'clock) Lighting not very good. I think this property has great potential, but the little things like towels and hand soap, shampoo if (offering, etc.) should be available."

"Well maintained facility. Convenient location. Limited breakfast."

"Place is perfect for 1 night stay"

"Even though they were in the process of painting the exterior, the place well maintained. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were spotless (we had 2). The beds were premium mattresses. Highly recommend!"

"I really enjoyed my stay here! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with a warm greeting. Parking was hassle-free, and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The shower was spotless with no rust or mildew, and the bathroom was fully stocked with plenty of towels. The highlight of the morning was definitely breakfast—do not skip the cinnamon roll waffles! The bed was neatly turned down with comfortable sheets. My only minor complaints were the pillows (3 out of 4 were a bit...

"Staff was super friendly and helpful and beds were comfortable. Shower was missing drain cover and showed some corrosion around it which gave the feeling of it being unclean but it did the job. And that was the only thing that i could mention so all in all would highly recommend a stay at this location."

"Great staff, loved the property"

"Very noisy. Next to route 39 and 16 -- trucks using jake breaks to slow down at the intersection. Creaky floors and thin walls make television and conversations apparent in other rooms."

"Room was clean, Refrigerator was not working well. barely chilled water"

"A true B&B. You stay in a home full of antiques and historical photographs. The host was lovely and welcoming. I was on a business trip I had limited time on the premise, would have loved to sit in the living room a bit longer!"

"Breakfast was outstanding"
