"They accidentally double charged for the hotel room. I caught the mistake at checkout because the charge appeared on my credit card. Expedia already charged me a couple of months earlier when I made the reservation. It took a manager on duty around 20 minutes to reverse the charge. Otherwise very nice property. Just frustrating that happened and I’m glad I caught it before I left the hotel."

"Everything was good except the sheets where rough and scratchy, plus they were worn thin at top and had holes. But other than that everything was about what we expect for most hotels. Clean room, clean bathroom, parking good. We have stayed in this hotel before when visiting. We are coming back in September and staying here again."

"I’ve stayed in MANY H2S it’s ll my husband and I stay in. The breakfast at the Champaign H2S was not so good. It was sloppy! Bacon on the floor, they were out of coffee and when I told the staff at the desk the coffee was gone the answer was “ok” and she never got any. I had to drink decaf that morning. She just stood there even though she had no customers around. I went to the grocery next door for a container of creamer since there was none out. The next day they refilled the creamer. I had to...

"very clean rooms and facility. Very friendly and helpful employees! great deal for the price. nice breakfast, too! "

"Smells like a smoky old bar. Rather gross. Sheets didn't look like it hadn't been changed. The chair looks like it was found on the side of the road...in 1965. Guest service lady refused to give me a receipt.Rude! I will NOT be booking here again 😒"

"Everything was fine except the entire reason I booked the hotel was for my kids to be able to swim and the pool was empty. Also, our room smelled terrible. The bed I slept in must’ve been peed in because all I could smell was urine."
