"Staff were super friendly and helpful"

"The property is very well located to food outlets, Barrack st wharf and a convenient distance to the Hay St. Mall. The staff are very accommodating and the rooms are well maintained."

"Pretty good to stay"

"Couldn’t fault this place. Staff were friendly and Alvin gave us a late checkout and was very helpful and courteous during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and we will definitely be booking there again 😊"

"Great hotel in a good location. Room was lovely with good views. Lost a star on our rating as our welcome gift of wine and charcuterie wasn't received and the gent at reception who checked us in wasn't helpful at all too busy chatting and whilst acknowledging we were owed it just kept pushing us to ask others - in the end we had to add the wine to our room. The lady at checkout was very apologetic and restored our faith a little in the staff as she refunded the glasses of wine. Such a shame as...

"Riverview actually doesn’t have a view directly to the river but its location is excellent. You can easily walk to both Kings Park and into the Elizabeth Quay precinct for restaurants and touristy areas. The waterfront there is pretty with a bridge over the river. The room was fine with a small balcony to enjoy. The Cafe downstairs is excellent and very popular. They do a great coffee and have a good selection of breakfast/brunch/lunch options. I also enjoyed having a laundry onsite too."

"I enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the room and the amenities were useful. The balcony had an amazing view but can sometimes be a bit loud if room is near the main road, however this wasn’t an issue at night when sleeping."

"it was decent, price needs to be lower for what it is"

"The hotel is really well located in Fremantle and meant that everything was in walking ndistance for us. It was also handy being able to pay for parking with our hotel charge. The breakfast menu was good and the bar service also good. We'd come back!"

"Would definitely recommend the hotel. Beach view and clean room. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was delicious."

"Great stay! The staff were so helpful at check in due to a change in circumstances. Despite being out of hours for housekeeping the guy at check in helped us out without question. I genuinely appreciated it. Fantastic location, supermarket & one of the free bus routes directly opposite. Shops, takeaways, main bus & train stations are so close by making the whole trip easier. 10/10 for a city location! I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet the hotel was at night in the week which was great...

"Generally the property was clean and well maintained. The problem I had was resolved quickly and in a very good way THE PROBLEM IS THE RESTAURANT. The cooking station of omelets etc is terrible, the omelets you always get it cold and burnt, fried eggs cold and burnt. THE SAUSAGES ARE TERRIBLE. Please change the type of sausages or suppliers. They are always hard and taste like you are eating sand. I think it is not the cooking but type of sausages. I have not eaten such terrible tasting...

"Clean room friendly staff easy check-in checkout"
