"The Manchester is so very unique and beautifully designed. The staff was over the top appreciative and helpful. Manny was our driver from the hotel and was more than helpful. The Manchester is pet friendly and we’re happy to see our little furry animals. Parking was fabulous and it’s just outside Main Street Lexington so no problem with crazy traffic or parking. only about five minutes from Rupp Arena so perfect location."

"Nice place but failed to inform us at booking that ongoing construction eliminated use of the pool and water was shut off for a time on one of the days of our stay. This should have been disclosed."

"The stay was enjoyable, the staff was very friendly and accomodating, the room could have been cleaner, there were stains and peeling paint on the ceiling in the bathroom, there was something that had run out of a vent on the bathroom wall leaving a white stain on the wall, the air conditioner unit was extremely loud when operating. Given the cost of the stay, I would expect these minor things to have been corrected prior the guest arrival."

"Everything at the hotel was excellent. Room, staff, restaurant, and bar. Plenty of restaurants and things to do. It was just a couple blocks from University of Kentucky campus. "

"This property is at the end of its lifetime that’s for sure. It needs a complete upgrade. Stayed in the exact same hotel in Rochester Hills MI literally the night before. Night and day difference. Bed and pillows were awful, bathroom was dirty, still had q-tips in the trash and hair in the shower. Bathtub didn’t drain properly, so you’re standing in water ankle deep for your whole shower. And PLEASE take the coffee maker out of the bathroom. I’ve heard way too many gross stories to ever...

"Staff was overall great and accommodating. Room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The air quality was poor, it felt humid even with the ac on. During my stay, the bath faucet did come off as I showered, hitting my shin. The staff gave me a check out extension and another room so my family could finish showering. An inconvenience & delay to the day. "
