"Hôtel is beautiful but the staff are very cold "

"Property itself is good, clean. However the night we arrived there was no parking. There was one spot opened at an electric car charging station. After driving around we parked there, left front desk know and that we'd check back shortly to move car to where a parking spot opened up. The desk person was rude about it and said we'd be towed because what if someone with electric car checked in then that guest would have no parking. I did say but we are guests too, we need to park.
