"We were in cannon beach for 2 nights and tje resort is well maintained and we enjoyed the beach views and access. We are a family of 4 and we got a king bed with a pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and it was difficult to sleep on it for both nights for any of us. We could feel the coils of the bed, it would not be fully flat and we did not get the rest we needed. The in room fireplace, fridge and bathroom and other amenities were great"

"The room was a nice size. The bed was very comfortable.There was a quaint balcony to enjoy morning coffee. There was a jacuzzi tub in the room. Unfortunately, did not have time to enjoy it. We were located close to Wayfarer Restaurant. Had breakfast there. So good. Very walkable to the beach. One half mile to the downtown area. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended this lodging if staying in Cannon Beach."

"The Hotel is old on the day we checked in our room had a strong order of chemicals. The edges of the floor were dirty, flies in the room, next to and behind the furniture was dirty with tissues and paper from previous patrons, dog kibble in several placed on the floor (we were told it wasn't a room for pets. When I asked to be moved due to the urine smell & chemical smell and how it was causing irritation to my throat. I was told no!, there were no other rooms available. I mentioned to the...

"Very close to beach and activities. Breakfast was really good. Rooms were nice. Was able to check in early, HUGE plus! Room next to elevator room and it kept me up. Dog area was nice but full of rocks and hurt my pups paws. When laundry room is working, only 1 washer and 1 dryer. Was out of order during stay."

"We were pleased with the central location for easy beach and shopping access. Breakfast was ok. Our room faced the river and had a small balcony, which we enjoyed. "I cannot express enough how kind, friendly and “above and beyond” the entire staff is here. From the moment we arrived to loading our car to leave, everyone we met was extremely helpful. The facility is beautiful and in a perfect location for views of and access to the beach. But honestly, the beautiful lodging is truly secondary to the kindness of the staff.
