"The heater was not working properly it was on for all night and did not warm the room. Staff came to help thought it would work but did not do its job."

"The room was not very clean - some stains on the crockery and tiny insects in the bathroom. The lights on the balcony shine into the balcony windows and the blinds were not able to black everything out. "

"Sorry but the room we had had a strong urine smell in it (room 40) it wasn’t a pleasant stay after a 6 hour drive .I did advise the property manager so it will be up to them if they fix it"
