"This was a great property! The staff is really friendly and really helped us out. Especially after I had left some valuable stuff in the room when we were rushing out trying to catch our flight. I called when we got back to Madrid and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in locating our missing items and coordinating their return to us. Would definitely recommend staying at this resort. It is really centrally located in Mogan."

"We spent our honeymoon at this location, and overall, we had a great experience. The property felt safe, there were a few dining options outside of the hotel, and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Coming from America, we did feel that some of the food options in the dining areas were limited and could have used more seasoning. My only real complaint was that a roach was found in our coffee. However, the manager addressed the issue promptly and did what he could to make it right by...

"Fantastic value for money - The perfect location (not busy) and right by the beach. Please note you have to walk the beach via rocks or steep steps - so not suitable for kids or the elderly. Brilliant staff who really looked after us and gave my boyfriend a bottle for his birthday."

The place was clean, with only a few minor issues, such as a leaking shower cabin and plastic covering on the mattress, which made the nights overheate. Overall, it was excellent value for money.
