"Overall lovely hotel, food was great throughout and pools were so lovely and warm. Rooms were spacious and quiet, and shuttle to the beach was super helpful. Couple of improvements - the tiles around the pooo get super slippy, we saw several kids fall and almost tripped ourselves. The manager who was manning the ice cream parlour was particularly rude and unhelpful and really put a downer on our trip. "Great hotel, seventh time here. It's in need of a little tlc, but overall very good. Close to shops, bars, restaurants, and local transport. Only one downside... the music around the pool is way to loud, and, as it's a continuous loop of Spanish Latin dance music, it gets annoying when it's on all day."

"Beautiful place with a very convenient supermarket connected to the hotel complex. The rooms were large, beautiful, and offered great views. It was easy to catch a bus both towards Puerto Rico and in the other direction towards Maspalomas. Arguineguín itself is quite peaceful, so if you're looking for more nightlife and activity, you should plan on taking a bus or taxi. Highly recommended!"
