"The hotel is in a super convenient location (close to Old Port). Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance (most being 25 minutes. The room was very spacious and updated. The only downsides are there is only valet parking for $40 a day ( I was sent a message from the hotel saying we could self-park for $30, but that wasn't an option). Secondly- you're charged $25 daily resort fee, which they say you can use as a food & beverage credit. The only on-site restaurant was only open 7 AM-10AM...

"The vibe of this hotel was cool because of how old timey it is. Be aware of the room you book though. Depending on the room you book, there are shared bathrooms. We didn’t know this going in and would re-consider booking here if we had realized this before.
The staff were nice and the area is close enough to downtown Portland with a car. Without a car, not so much.
The actual room we stayed in had an odor. We couldn’t tell if it was from how old the hotel was, the carpets, or how the room...
