This hotel is two blocks away from 16th street which was very convenient. 16th street has all retail stores such as restaurants, gift shops and anything you can think of. We did not have to rent a car due to the easy access to this hotel. Line A train from the airport to union station and the 16th street free bus will take you anywhere on 16th street. "

"There is no parking without a good walk. With my mobility issues, this was less than ideal. They do have valet parking for $69/night which is insane. The parking was the only issue. The hotel, staff and location was great. "

"The staff are fantastic. We arrived hours before check in, but Marisol was terrific. She offered to pre-check us in and store our luggage if we wanted to go out. She said she would call when our room was ready, which she did as promised. When we arrived back, she took the time to review our VIP perks, inform us of the complimentary coffee in the morning and cookies and milk at night, which if you stay there, definitely take advantage of both. The room was clean, except for the bedside bench...
