"I liked a lot of the activities and things to do at the resort the food was amazing in the restaurants my only concern was that there wasn’t much Spanish food and music playing any where such as the pool areas or lobby or any where for that matter. Beach is nice shows were alright once again no Spanish music."

"We had a junior suite, which was clean and spacious with a patio hot tub, king size bed, and dual sinks. We had Premium Level, which allowed access to the breakfast buffet at the less busy Santa Fe restaurant. The beach was kept clean of sea weed and we enjoyed the water and the kayaks. The evening shows were entertaining."

"Beautiful resort! We stayed at the Elegance Club Adults Only section and were very pleased. Staff is so accommodating and cleans the room every day. We got back from the beach to our bed made and fresh towels each day of our stay! Our only note was that the food could have been better, but it was still tasty and we enjoyed! We recommend this resort highly! "

"Went with a multiple families with kids. Our room was upgraded to the privilege room and the feedback was very different within our group. The pool was big but getting chairs required 5:30am wake up every morning. Don’t even try to get anything on the beach unless you camp overnight. There was also no pool side service like all the other resorts we have been to. Kudos to the staff, Kendy and Martin at the buffet and Steak house. Special thanks to our concierge, Ismael, catered to our needs and helped with dinner reservations. We first tried without him and everything was gone within 10 mins. Mike’s coffee was a hit for everyone but the line was too long each time. Definitely felt that the resort was understaffed. "
