"If you’re looking for a hotel right in the center of everything and close to the beach, but not on the beach… This is the hotel for you! However, if you want a comfortable and cozy room with a nice hotel or resort like feel, don’t stay here. You can tell they rushed their renovations and there is a roach issue. Also, they didn’t have a blankets or extra linen. The view from the rooftop pool was also good. The cleaning ladies were not very friendly or helpful. I would never stay there again. "

"Very clean place to stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. The bar/restaurant is FABULOUS. Best salmon I have ever eaten, and I eat a lot of salmon. Convenient location and access to two beaches. The pool is lovely and a nice place to sit in the morning or evening. "

"This place was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was AMAZING and entertaining. The buffet food wasn't bad but wasn't great. The reserved meals we had were the best meals of the week. We were a little disappointed we didn't know to reserve dinners the first night, so most of us had to eat the buffet every day. Next time, I will try to reserve BEFORE I get there. Also, we reserved the catamaran, and the guy running it gave our reservation to someone else and wasn't friendly. Other than that,...

"Overall, the property was gorgeous. The architecture was breathtaking, including the castle. Overall, the staff was nice and accommodating. The seaweed was piled up on the beach so you did not have access to the water. But would definitely recommend if that is not something that is important to you for your vacation."
