"This resort was nice. Our stay was good, butler was friendly. Adult only pool outside of building 3/4 was very narrow we didnt use it at all. We were at the family pool the whole stay. The room could use some updating, it was clean and well stocked which was great! Drinks at the pool bar was mediocre. The lobby bar was the best olace to have a drink. We couldn't get reservations at the gourmet restaurant which was disappointing. The steak house and sea and sea restaurant were decent,...

"We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! "

"First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"Overall had a positive experience. Stayed here for 4 days in early June. Was a bit disappointed from the beach front due to sargassum but that’s on me. Should have done my research on the season.
