"Very clean room and around the hotel. Members of staff very welcoming and polite, went above and beyond. Great facilities and parking is free during the night from 8pm and 8am"

"The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. One of the few right on the beach, with a cute bar on the patio, indoor restaurant overlooking La Concha. Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful! 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat"

"Very nice place to stay at. Very clean and spacious"

"Great hotel and great location. Gym and the pool/spa is great but is an additional cost which maybe should be made more clear on the booking. The rooms are very nice and super clean. Nice bar. We didn’t have breakfast."

"The hotel is in a smart residential area outside of the centre. Transport is great with a regular bus service outside of the hotel taking just 15 mins to the centre and beaches. The hotel is modern, rooms are good and breakfast is decent. There are just a couple of bars/places to eat nearby, but mainly bars as opposed to restaurants - All staff were helpful….We enjoyed our stay 👍"

"Fun location on La Toja Island. Very beautiful and historic building. We walked into the port daily, but it was about 30 minutes."

"Me dieron un cuarto en donde el baño no tenia ningun tipo de mueble ni cortina. El desayuno era un credito en un cafè cercano el sevicio no existìa. No recomensado. Nos mudamos a otro hotel con mas servicios y mas economico."

"a) Everything is great. b) Gym has hours from 8 am to 9 pm. Not convenient for everybody. I like to work out at 6 am and could not use the gym. Hotel unwilling to keep it open longer."

"A really beautiful hotel, very clean & wonderful amenities. The staff were very friendly. Great food in the restaurant & especially helpful was a laundry station right across from the hotel. Easy walking area to have access to all the shops & restaurants around the area. I would highly recommend a stay here this hotel chain is one I will return to & have special memories of."
