"I'm sorry to say our stay was not what we expected. I felt we got the bare minimum for a two night stay. No hospitality involved. If we asked a question the attendant at reception answered the question but not any sense of welcome or "how can we help". We also were charged an additional fee that was not clear what it was for other than parking (which we expected, but higher than we thought) and the refund would be on its way in a few days. They certainly don't wait to charge my account. ...

"It's Harrah's a classic. Most the rooms have 2 full bathrooms which is nice. Fridays station was good. Pricey but great view. Always a fun stop. "

"Parking was amazing, close to an entrance door, and many to choose from. Breakfast was very good, especially the biscuits and gravy as well as the pancakes! Lots of food and beverage choices, and fruit. Delicious! We we upgraded to a bigger and better room at no extra charge, which was above and beyond of what was expected. Staff were super friendly and rooms were clean and well stocked with towels, coffee and other amenities. We will definitely stay again. Great hospitality, Thank you! "

"Although this is an older timeshare it is kept in very good condition and had everything we could possibly need (no oven but who wants to do that kind of cooking on vacation). We have been there a half dozen times and will be back again this summer! "

"I didn’t realize I had stayed here before, but you can definitely tell the rooms have been upgraded—they felt fresh and comfortable. The Ridge Sierra also shares amenities with another nearby resort just a few minutes away, and there’s a convenient shuttle that can pick you up anytime. The indoor/outdoor pool was a lifesaver—it kept my kids entertained the whole time. They also offer activities for both kids and adults, which was a nice bonus. "This is my favorite bed-and-breakfast in Lake Tahoe. The bedroom had a bed that was more comfortable than most hotels. I’ve stayed in. The room was warm during the winter stay. The view in my bedroom bathroom and kitchen area where we ate was spectacular and just magical to see this snow cap mountains over the lake.
