"Quick overnight trip to Tahoe left me with limited options for room bookings. Caesar's, Harrahs and Bally's we're all well over $400 a night. I found a king renovated room at this hotel for $250 so I jumped on it. Not going to lie, reviews made me extremely nervous but I was pleasantly surprised. The renovated rooms on the 6th floor were great and the pool looked nice but I didn't get a chance to dip. The hotel itself is nice and check in was quick. "The faucet did not work property in the bathroom. No pressure and no hot water. I had to brush my teeth at the kitchen sink, the jacuzzi in the room did not work. The sent someone and he could not fix it. The front desk made a huge deal in giving me a wattle bottle and they did not want to give me points to compensate how awful the room was. They only refunded the resort fee. I did not have a good experience."

"This is our go to every time we are in the area visiting family. Spacious, comfortable, and everything we need. And the staff is wonderful. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because of an ugly stain on the couch and burn marks on the counter. Not the norm for this place and clearly damage that was done by a previous visitor."

And the bathroom fan was extremely loud when on without an option to turn it off with turning off the light. Other than that. The hotel was great and very close to food and entertainment as well as the main hwy."

"We left. Couldn’t stay there. Awful situation. Not a motel or a hotel. It is someone’s house, in the basement. Down a long steep stairway. Couldn’t get suitcases down the stairs. Then more stairs going another way, through a hallway with holes in the floor. Can’t even describe it."
