"Everything is fine!!! But you need to improve the following: 1. Cucumbers must be fresh for breakfast! They are always better for you. I have breakfast at your place regularly, and always the cucumbers are not quite fresh; 2. the water pressure in the tap in the bath in the wash basins should be stronger; 3. There are not enough electrical outlets in the room. Everything else is very wonderful!!! 😍😍😍"

"Overall a decent stay. Unfortunately, the reception couldn't provide a morning call despite the existence of a phone in the room and a 24/7 staff. The smell of fresh paint was also quite strong. Nevertheless, the rooms were recently refreshed, so style-wise quite good."

"I loved RIU, the hotel has everything a family or solo traveler would need to have a good time. The food was decent, but everything else was 10/10. I would definitely stay there again if I returned to Dubai and would recommend to everyone to stay at. The hotel is far from the main city and there isn’t much public transport around so I would recommend keeping cash on hand for taxi or renting a car, but otber than that it’s the perfect space to have a great time. "

"There is almost nothing about this hotel to dislike. Palace provides all the things that business or pleasure traveler would wish. Just ONE suggestion: there are two coffee tables in each room but there is no desk for business guests to sit and work. There is space for it. Just needs to replace a table with a desk and add a chair."

"We travelled with 2 kids (2&6yo) and this hotel was perfect. We rated at the 2 BR suite.It had 6 pools, and 3 indoor playgrounds. We went in July and it was hot so we used the pool in the am 9-11:30 had lunch, napped and used their indoor playground when the heat is unbearable (12-3pm)(love the afternoon tea at mirage family Lounge-an upgrade). Me and my son would live here 😊"

"Overall the stay was pleasant. However, I didnt like the following things. 1) they didnt have toilotries in the washroom. Upon request, they did give but still no comb, lotions, etc. 2) Asked for knife in the room and was asked to come down to first floor and get it. Bad service as i had to call reception and restaurant multiple times as each one was saying to contact the other. 3) No airport shuttle"
