"Very accommodating staff who met all of our requests. They allowed us to check in early for free, packed us some breakfast when we left early for a trip, and gave us more teabags when asked. Very nice restaurant with lots of food for breakfast. Room was a bit small and lack of places to store things. Unable to open a window was difficult as room was stuffy and the fan control system wasn't very powerful."

"Die Lage ist unschlagbar, aber warum kaputte Teppiche mit riesen Lücken vom Management geduldet werden verstehe ich nicht. So erhält das Zimmer einen schmuddeligen Eindruck. Zumal das Hotel eigentlich eine Perle ist. Wirklich sehr schade. Dadurch fühlt man sich nicht wirklich wohl. "

"The hotel is within comfortable walking distance into the city centre, with the Brazen Head pub only a few minutes away. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room compact but had everything we needed, including tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was really comfortable. The continental breakfast buffet was good, and the staff were welcoming."

"Das Hotel ist im Bereich des Hafens in einer Gegend gelegen, in der wir uns sicher gefühlt haben. Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln an das Stadtzentrum war sehr gut. Innerhalb weniger Minuten erreicht man die Straßenbahn oder eine Busstation. Im Bereich des Hotels waren drei kleine Supermärkte fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.
