"This hotel needs a complete renovation. The carpet in the hallway was loose and a danger to any elderly person walking on it. The bedroom had a distinct unpleasant smell and the carpets were stained. After just a few minutes in the room we realized that we could not stay ay this hotel. The person at the front desk did allow us to cancel and receive a full refund."

"The problem wasnt with Sonesta its with expedia. Hotel lost power n had 2 fire alarms go off, fire dept came twice. Some of the hotel had no tv or internet, some had no ac. The door to room wouldn't clise and was in the licked position but was opened. We had to switch hotels as we didn't feel safe. We did not spend 1 night there. Expedia basically refused to refund us, hung up on me, told me it was my problem. I will never use Expedia ir recommend them. Hotel staff was very nice at this hotel. I...

"We stayed at this hotel twice on our way south and back. The first time was not good. The toilet was very low to the ground which was difficult for us as we are in our 80s. There was no handsoap at the sink so we had to reach across the tub to the body wash every time we needed to wash our hands. The second time we asked for an accessible room which solved the toilet problem and there was soap."

"It was a decent stay. We had 2 kids with us and stayed 4 nights, with no issues or complaints about anything. Breakfast was what it say complimentary, but at least there were some choices. My kids enjoyed that there was a waffle maker. Overall we had a good stay and would recommend this place to friends or family for the cleanliness and the affordability. "

"The employees at the front desk, especially the assistant manager, were all so helpful and kind when my group and I checked in! We had booked three rooms and the staff were able to place all rooms near each other. Each room was very clean and spacious. I personally loved the setup of my suite that had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I was here for a dance competition and will absolutely book this hotel again for next year’s competition. "
