Hitel was very clean and staff are very friendly especially receptionist called "Suadia"...young passionate with smile at work. Hotel does not have great amenities except for outdoor pool which we couldn't use it as it was cold in start of April !! Location wise its excellent as on the beach and away from Durres city buzz. "
