"Breakfast buffet was good, on the pricey side. Did not get a chance to use the pool as it is small and was crowded the day we were there. View was good. Overall I do not think it was worth the cost. Nothing wrong with the hotel (staff were great, bed was comfortable!), but will go for the lower cost option next time."

"The room was clean and comfortable my only issue was the air conditioning didn’t work and when I went down to the lobby to get my problems resolved they just turn my air conditioning off… contacting the front desk was a task, the room phone didn’t work and nobody answered when I called off my phone. "We reported a noise disturbance at 1:00am to front desk several times and nothing was done. The staff asked us to investigate which room the screaming was coming from and didn't come to the floor to investigate at all. Staff did not clean the room, replace towels, or provide extra toilet tissue. Told us to come downstairs to get it from the desk instead of bringing it to the room. We made online complaint. Poor customer service."

"There is a parking fee of $15 in the parking garage or $25 per day in the open lot. Still a value considering location for athletic or entertainment events "

"First room given AC was broken, and no plumbing worked. Got a new room, second room there was dirt caked into shower, and wires hanging out of the wall. Front desk staff was very nice about the issues, and allowed me to check out. Won’t stay again, but not due to staff. "
