"Room had bad annoying cigarette smell , only one towel in toilet, carpet smells , very narrow corridors, small windows ( very dirty windows)."

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service throughout the resort was excellent. A special thank you to Omar at the front reception for his kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome. He made the check-in process smooth and was always helpful whenever we needed anything. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Tamer for his outstanding hospitality and care during our stay. Their excellent customer service truly made our experience even more memorable. The staff overall were friendly and attentive, and the resort had everything needed for a perfect vacation. "We recently stayed at Alkasr Sahl Hasheesh and had a great experience overall. The hotel is still quite new, so everything feels very modern, fresh, and clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The food quality was very good for an all inclusive resort, with a good variety and several restaurants to choose from. The beach is large, clean, and very relaxing. The gym was another highlight — well equipped with a great range of machines. A special thank you to Martena at the gym who was always very helpful. What really stood out most was the staff. Everyone was extremely attentive and genuinely did their best to resolve any issues quickly and make sure guests were comfortable and enjoying their stay. Special mentions to: • Yasser, the food director • Mahmoud supervisor in flavors restaurant • Atef, who looked after our room every day • David and the whole reception and reception bar team Their service and friendliness really made a difference. The only small improvement would be for the pools to be a little warmer, but overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The food is very good, abundant and large variety. We spent majority of time in main dining room and the beach restaurant for lunch, to stay close to the beach. The animation team were fun and dynamic. Facility is clean. The front desk seemed chaotic and disorganized. Initial check in was uninformative about the resort and amenities. We had to inquire for a map and figure it out. No introduction about the facility. Other than the initial reception, everything was great!"

"A well kept property with plenty of public spaces. They don't accept Amex despite advertising that they do and you have to pay for the stay at check-in, as opposed to leaving a credit card pre-authorisation, which means you need to settle any charges separately with another transaction. I got both the room upgrade and $25 Gold Member credit at check-in"

"What a first class hotel this is! The staff are impeccable and delivered a world class service from every single member. We were greeted by the door staff every time we returned from a trip with "Welcome home " The piano player in the bar was fantastic. Sky bar had spectacular view. The bar staff were exceptional , and attentive in particular Hadder and Ahmed they really are outstanding. The hotel is central and views are amazing of the city and the Nile. Amenities were 5 star from the variety of restaurants, gardens, pool and grandeur of the hotel generally. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you to all of you for making our stay so special."
